As the year comes to an end, I love to think about what has happened as a whole in the last 12 months. I’ve let go of things that weren’t working, some parts of life I’ve come to appreciate more, and plenty I hadn’t considered before. While some aspects of the end of the year can feel awfully close to the beginning, it’s important to give credit where it’s due in all you’ve done for yourself and those around you.
The 12 Days of Holistic Health is a guided and interactive experience.
For the next 12 days, I’ll prompt you to reflect on the last year and prime yourself to make more intentional and integrative decisions in these 12 main areas of holistic health:

The topics are laid out in an order that loosely correlates with each month of the year.
Starting in January, I will spend one month on each of these topics, bringing more awareness to the benefits of these areas of life, addressing the ways they connect to our physical and emotional heart health, and offering tips on how to implement them in meaningful ways.
